About The Position

A Divine Event Design Studio, the in-house design and décor team supporting Wedgewood Weddings venues, is hiring a Warehouse / Delivery / Install Associate to help bring unforgettable wedding and event designs to life. This is a hands-on, active role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team that delivers beautiful events week after week.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, event, or trade show environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable driving company vans (no CDL required)
Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more and perform physical work for extended periods
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic math and computer skills
Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and work with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

Maintain, clean, and organize design inventory including décor, linens, lighting, and furniture
Pull and safely load event orders into company vans for delivery
Drive company vehicles to event venues and assist with load-in and setup
Install décor, furniture, arches, and lighting according to designer instructions and timelines
Support on-site event setups and breakdowns, both indoors and outdoors
Work collaboratively with Designers and Operations teams to ensure events are executed smoothly
