Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is $125,000.00-$220,000.00. Please note that the final offer amount may vary based on experience and skillset of the selected candidate. This exempt position provides direct support in the execution of a wide variety of business development efforts and initiatives, including events, pitch books, presentations, proposals, research, content administration, marketing communications and practice group coordination. The Events and Business Development Specialist (Specialist) has primary responsibility for planning and executing events, and managing several initiatives, projects or other business development efforts from strategic identification through tactical execution and implementation. The Specialist reports directly to the Senior Business Development Manager, with a dotted-line relationship reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, and will primarily support Financial Transactions Department events, as well as, select firmwide events held in the New York office. The Specialist will also be supported by an Events/Business Development Assistant to help ensure seamless coordination and execution across all responsibilities.
