The Event Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in bringing Billingsley’s events to life by supporting planning, coordination, marketing execution, and on-site operations across our signature destinations, including The Sound at Cypress Waters, The Shacks at Austin Ranch, The Park Room, The Podcast Room, and other community spaces. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that supports community programming, tenant activations, and private events. You’ll help ensure details are organized, logistics are aligned, and events run smoothly—before, during, and after each experience. This role is based in the Coppell, Valley Ranch, or Las Colinas area and works closely with the Community Relations and Events Marketing Manager, as well as internal property and operations teams.
