Role Summary The Events & Showroom Associate – North America supports the execution of SharkNinja’s retail events, executive showroom experiences, and virtual studio operations. This role ensures that in-office execution remains flawless while senior leaders scale externally across the Americas. This position is execution-focused and operational in nature, designed to provide consistency, organization, and readiness across customer-facing environments. Mission Enable seamless execution of retail events, showroom experiences, and virtual engagements by providing strong operational support, coordination, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the executive showroom to “show-ready” standards
• Coordinate setup and teardown for retailer and leadership meetings
• Support product refreshes, signage updates, and storytelling accuracy
• Support day-to-day readiness of the virtual studio
• Assist with live virtual meetings, trainings, and recordings
• Manage schedules, testing, and basic troubleshooting
• Support logistics for retail events (shipping, samples, materials)
• Track and manage sample ordering and inventory
• Support Jira and Airtable workflows for events and operations
• Produce weekly internal newsletters and resource communications
• Assist with invoice tracking, documentation, and process organization
