As a well-established company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, we are focused on optimizing business efficiency as we scale and prepare for significant sustained growth. We are seeking an experienced Eviction Specialist to join our growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the evictions processes for the company. You should be able to understand the evictions timelines and laws, researching as necessary. The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of previous experience with evictions collections
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); working knowledge of databases, or financial software a plus
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work without supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to create trust and build relationships
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solution
