Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or custodial work is a plus
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and infection control standards
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or custodial work is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other facility spaces according to established protocols
• Dispose of waste and hazardous materials safely and in compliance with regulations
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any issues or needs for replenishment
• Follow infection control procedures to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a sterile environment
• Assist with special cleaning projects and terminal cleaning as needed
• Support staff and patients by providing a clean and comfortable environment
