About The Position

Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced EX Operations Lead to support employee experience operations within a fast-paced, high-growth organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR operations professional who thrives in managing complex employee lifecycle processes while driving efficiency, compliance, and service excellence. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality employee experience by managing inquiries, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining data accuracy, and partnering cross-functionally to improve systems and workflows. This position requires strong operational judgment, customer service excellence, and a proactive mindset.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Experience, or People Operations
  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, benefits administration)
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining high levels of data accuracy
  • Familiarity with SOX controls and compliance protocols
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex and high-impact cases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Review and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, delivering a high level of customer service
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and benefits administration
  • Handle complex and non-standard employee cases, including region-specific nuances
  • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX protocols
  • Conduct and support weekly data audits to ensure system integrity
  • Track work in progress and proactively follow up to ensure tasks are completed within defined SLAs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Partners, and other stakeholders on regional and global initiatives
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and overall employee experience
  • Lead innovation and automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve compliance
  • Support team capability development through documentation, coaching, and knowledge sharing
