About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Operate excavators safely and efficiently to move earth, rock, and other materials. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents. Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and care.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and commitment to safe practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work conditions.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
• Must meet all legal and company requirements for operating heavy equipment.
