Provide high-level administrative, scheduling, communication, and workflow support to ensure the Office of the HCS operates. efficiently, stays focused on priorities, and is fully prepared for meetings, decisions, and deliverables. Stay two steps ahead of scheduling needs and conflicts. Stay in sync with executives on their priorities and where they need to focus their time, become the gatekeeper of the Head of Client Services office. Manage communication flow w/Client Services directors and managers, organize necessary check ins & meetings. Ensure inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders are routed appropriately and addressed in a timely manner. Maintain clear communication and leadership support for administrative help at program level. Provide administrative support for all EOS meetings.
