About The Position

We’re looking for someone to work directly with me (co-founder & CEO) and also run our SF office. This is a mix of executive assistant and office lead. You’ll handle the day-to-day stuff that keeps things unblocked, and also make the office a place people actually like being in. If things are running well, people shouldn’t have to think about logistics at all. That’s the bar.

Requirements

  • You’re very organized and reliable
  • You’re proactive; you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • You have good judgment and can prioritize well
  • You have experience working at a high-growth startup
  • You like being around people and making things run smoothly
  • You’re comfortable working closely with a founder
  • You want to be in-office in SF 5 days/week

Nice To Haves

  • You’ve done EA, office management, or ops before
  • You’ve worked at a startup
  • You have good taste and care about how spaces feel

Responsibilities

  • Manage my calendar and scheduling
  • Help triage email and keep things moving
  • Book travel and handle logistics
  • Help with random things that come up (this will vary a lot)
  • Keep me organized and on top of things
  • Set up and improve the SF office over time
  • Furnish and decorate it so it actually feels like a good place to work
  • Keep everything stocked (food, snacks, supplies, etc.)
  • Handle new hire setup (desks, equipment, onboarding logistics)
  • Coordinate deliveries, vendors, and anything operational
  • Plan events, team dinners, off-sites, etc.
  • Make the office feel welcoming and high-energy
  • Help people when they need things
  • Notice gaps and fix them without being asked
