The Executive Assistant provides trusted, high-level administrative support to the SVP, Strategy and Digital Transformation, managing time, priorities, and initiatives with precision, discretion, and foresight. This role requires a proactive, quick-learning professional with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive, can-do mindset. While the role is primarily administrative in nature, it also requires a partnership-oriented approach, working closely with the SVP and collaborating regularly with leaders and teams across the organization. In addition to supporting the SVP, this role provides administrative and coordination support to the Strategy and Digital Transformation teams of approximately 25 employees and assists with key people-related processes, including organizing materials and timelines for performance review cycles and other planning activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment, effectively manages multiple priorities and urgent demands, and takes pride in enabling executive and team success through thoughtful, well-executed support. This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
