About The Position

Finario, the Solution for Capex, is a fast growing Software-as-a-Service technology company. Our capital and project planning solutions are utilized by leading companies worldwide to better prioritize capital project opportunities and drive long-term growth and profitability. We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to act as a true right hand to the CEO. This is not a traditional corporate EA role—it’s best suited for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and variety in a fast growing technology company where they can make an individual impact.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Experienced: 3+ years of professional experience
Highly resourceful: You try to solve problems independently and enjoy figuring things out
Tech-forward: Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and other SaaS software (or able to learn quickly)
Personable & professional: High EQ, polished communication style, calm under pressure with a sense of humor
Reliable & local: Based in Fairfield County, or Westchester and seeking a stable, on-site role

Responsibilities

Office Management: Manage the effective utilization of our beautiful new HQ office.
Human Resources: Provide lightweight HR support and T&E oversight to the team
Event Planning: Manage and coordinate group activities and firm events
Project Coordination: Assist with one-off projects that require judgment, follow-through, and discretion
Communication & Gatekeeping: Serve as a professional, warm first point of contact with client, prospect and partners visting our HQ
