About The Position

What You’ll Be Doing Prepares, composes, and initiates presentation materials, reports, and correspondence. Manages executive calendars and arranges appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and related arrangements. Processes purchase orders/invoices through internal Oracle procurement system and monitors for completeness. Manages receipts for events, travel, etc. and creates accurate and timely expense reports. Organizes and coordinates in-person and virtual meeting arrangements: gathers topics and materials, creates agendas, and manages associated technology and related needs, including catering, Teams broadcasts, etc. Supports project-related needs, including meeting minutes/action items and follows up as needed. Orders office supplies and maintains appropriate records, files, and documentation. What Are We Looking For? At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment Subject matter expert with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other office technology Ability to learn, apply, and navigate through internal systems, technologies, processes and policies with speed and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service mentality Strong attention to detail Exceptional organization skills with ability to multi-task Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Work Arrangement: CO Hybrid: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days at Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home. Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
  • Subject matter expert with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other office technology
