About The Position

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support across executive leadership, including the CEO, CFO, HR & Operations Director, and Agency Office Manager. This role serves as a central support function for organizational operations, compliance, communication, and workflow coordination. The Executive Assistant must be highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. Responsibilities will evolve based on organizational needs, strategic initiatives, and operational demands. This position requires strong judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining accuracy and organization. SCC is a strong, collaborative, and team-oriented organization whose employees work well together to ensure smooth and effective operations at all levels of the agency. This is an in-office, Monday through Friday position, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of administrative, executive assistant, operations, or healthcare support experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating with executive team
  • Comfort working with evolving responsibilities and shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with digital tools, spreadsheets, HR platforms, and documentation systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services settings
  • Familiarity with compliance, accreditation (CARF preferred), or regulatory environments
  • Experience supporting multiple executives or departments
  • Knowledge of HR systems (such as BambooHR), billing, or insurance processes
  • Experience assisting with marketing, social media, or website content

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership
  • Coordinate recurring, ongoing, and time-sensitive organizational tasks across departments
  • Support quality assurance, compliance, accreditation, and regulatory readiness efforts
  • Assist with internal reporting, audits, and documentation tracking
  • Support human resources administration, including onboarding, training tracking, and benefits coordination
  • Assist with recruitment logistics, job postings, and applicant coordination
  • Provide operational and financial support functions such as reporting, inventory oversight, and insurance-related processes
  • Support marketing, communication, and online presence initiatives
  • Assist with office operations, safety compliance, and facility-related coordination
  • Serve as a liaison across leadership, staff, and external partners to ensure follow-through and accountability
