About the Role: Location: Centreville, Virginia (relocating to Reston, Virginia in 2026) Requirement: On-site presence, five days a week S&P Global Mobility is seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the executive senior leadership team. This critical, high-impact role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and technical skills. As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you will manage complex priorities and serve as the central point of coordination—overseeing schedules, communications, and logistics with precision, discretion, and urgency. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality will be essential to your success. Requirements

  • Extensive experience supporting senior executives (C-Suite or equivalent) in a publicly traded global organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent senior leadership internally and externally with professionalism and clarity.
  • Strong command of virtual collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.
  • Highly technically savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and master new applications, tools, and systems.
  • Proven track record of handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant, including 5+ years supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership.
  • Experience working within a large, complex global organization, ideally in the mobility, technology, or automotive sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with HRIS, procurement, and other enterprise-level systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate executive-level demands and operate effectively in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, resourceful approach to supporting senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to members of the senior leadership team, managing complex, high-volume calendars and prioritizing across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa processing, detailed itineraries, and timely expense reconciliation.
  • Schedule and facilitate a wide range of meetings, including global town halls, board-level sessions, and confidential engagements for senior leaders.
  • Oversee all meeting logistics—venue bookings, catering, A/V setup, and technology requirements—ensuring seamless execution.
  • Draft agendas, prepare briefing materials, capture meeting minutes, and create polished, high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive use.
  • Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, anticipate executive needs, and resolve challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Support other critical projects and initiatives as directed by senior leadership.
