About The Position

The Executive Business Partner will support our Chief Customer Officer (CCO). This role goes beyond administrative responsibilities, incorporating strategic planning, project management, and operational leadership to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CCO’s office.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with a focus on excellence and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom), and project management software (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating agility in response to shifting priorities and demands.
  • Passion for delivering results and supporting organizational success.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in project management, operational planning, or acting in a Chief of Staff capacity is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel itineraries for the Chief Customer Officer.
  • Prepare, edit, and review correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the CCO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication and confidentiality.
  • Partner with the CCO to drive business priorities, track key objectives, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefings to support informed decision-making.
  • Actively contribute to the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead operational planning for the CCO’s office, including agenda setting, meeting facilitation, and project oversight.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
  • Plan and execute leadership meetings, customer engagements, and key corporate events.
  • Represent the CCO’s office in internal and external engagements, embodying professionalism and organizational values.
