We partner closely with executives across the organization to define leadership needs, shape org design, and deliver high-judgment search strategies that bring in world-class talent. About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Recruiter who thrives in ambiguous environments, operates with deep ownership, and builds trusted relationships with senior leaders. You will drive search strategy, stakeholder alignment, assessment, and closing for leadership roles across the business. You will serve as a thought partner to executives, understand the nuances of each leadership role, and drive searches that require discretion, judgment, and an ability to navigate a fast-changing organization. This role focuses on non-technical executive hires across functions such as Finance, Operations, Legal, People, Policy, Comms, Product, and GTM.
