Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Internet
  • Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverages
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing kitchen teams
  • Strong communication abilities with staff, management, and guests
