Your Role: The Executive Compensation Analyst reports directly to the Manager of Executive Compensation and plays a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of global executive compensation programs, with a primary focus on equity plans. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient management of equity awards; partners closely with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance; and provides critical analytics and insights to support executive compensation decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of working experience in stock plan administration, executive compensation, compensation, finance, accounting, strategy or related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel required, including development of spreadsheets with formulas, functions, pivot tables, lookups
  • Highly detail-oriented with emphasis on accuracy
  • Extensive knowledge of stock plan administration, including equity compensation plans, restricted stock units, performance restricted stock units, market trends, governance and regulatory requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external partners, and demonstrated capability to work across functions
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain total confidentiality in all matters related to employee compensation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Fidelity Stock Plan administration is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with VBA, power automate, and power pivot is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead global stock plan administration by overseeing the grant and vest process for equity awards, award agreements, communications, data integrity, share pool monitoring, participant questions, etc
  • Manage Board of Director compensation administration including quarterly cash retainer payment, annual equity grant and vest and communications
  • Support annual grant planning, modeling and preparation of materials for Compensation Committee meetings
  • Assist the preparation of annual proxy disclosure tables and exhibits (e.g., Director Compensation Table, Summary Compensation Table, Grants of Plan-Based Awards)
  • Maintain accurate documentation for plans, processes and controls
  • Assist with internal and external audits related to equity compensation
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to enable compliance with equity compensation-related regulations, including securities, accounting, and tax requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including Senior Leadership, LTI participants, HR, Finance, Legal, etc
  • Special projects as assigned, including participation as a team member on other departmental initiatives and providing analytical support for ad hoc requests
