The role integrates executive advisory, commercial negotiation, and enterprise‑scale technical leadership, ensuring transformation recommendations reflect both technical rigor and commercial realism. As a highly credible senior technology leader, the Architect brings deep technical authority across Cyber, ESM, Workplace, Cloud/Hybrid, hyperscaler hosting, data centers, end‑user computing, and enterprise IT operations. The Architect builds trust rapidly with sophisticated technology executives by demonstrating mastery across these domains and by translating complexity into clear, outcome‑driven strategy. Acting as both a strategist and design authority, the Architect guides tower architects, validates architectural direction, and ensures alignment to industry frameworks, enterprise architecture principles, and client requirements. The Architect must also influence high‑stakes C‑Suite decisions involving strategy, commercial models, operating‑model design, and investment boundaries. As the executive “face of the pursuit,” the Architect ensures all transformation recommendations and business cases reinforce measurable value, technical feasibility, and industry‑specific relevance.

Requirements

  • 15+ years advising C‑Suite leaders on enterprise transformation.
  • Prior experience architecting or operating large‑scale enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and strategic‑storytelling capability.
  • Technical breadth across Cyber, ESM, Workplace, Cloud/Hybrid, hyperscaler hosting, and operations.
  • Proven ability to validate multi‑tower architectural feasibility and integrity.
  • Ability to align transformation strategy with both technical and commercial constraints.

Nice To Haves

  • Former CTO, CIO, Chief Architect, or technology strategy leader.
  • Experience leading large multi‑tower IT operations as or accountable for large transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, IAF).
  • Industry specialization aligned to the assigned Market Unit.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to enterprise IT.
  • Board‑level presence and persuasive communication.
  • Ability to lead and align diverse senior technical and commercial teams.

  • C‑Suite Advisory & Executive EngagementAdvise CIOs/CTOs/CFOs using broad expertise across infrastructure, cloud, applications, data, security, and operations.
  • Pursuit Leadership & Strategic Deal ShapingServe as executive stakeholder for major multi‑tower transformation and managed‑services pursuits.
  • Oversight of Technical Solutioning (Design Authority Role)Serve as Design Authority, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment across Cyber, Enterprise Service Management, Cloud/Hybrid, and Workplace Services.
  • Transformation Strategy & Outcome DefinitionDefine enterprise transformation strategy using depth across infrastructure, cloud, network, security, EUC, and operations.
  • Business Case Leadership & Value StorytellingLead development of executive‑ready transformation value narratives tied to measurable business impact.
  • Internal Advisory to Sales & Market Unit LeadershipAdvise Sales and MU leaders on pursuit strategy, differentiation, and C‑Suite engagement.Align architecture with pricing strategy, SLAs, risk allocation, and contractual guardrails.
  • Additional Internal CollaborationPartner with Delivery, Consulting, Risk, and Finance to ensure operational and commercial feasibility.
