About The Position

First We Feast is seeking a contract Executive Creative Producer to oversee our pipeline of branded content, including branded preroll, custom episodes, and more. This is a temporary, full-time role providing coverage for an extended Leave of Absence and is expected to last approximately from early May through late September 2026. Our brand partners love our branded content for its ability to drive conversation and capture the attention of audiences, both regular and new. A recent example is the ‘smooch heard ‘round the internet’ in a custom Hot Ones episode announcing our collaboration with Popeyes. You’ll participate in every part of the creative process: generating ideas for a variety of formats and brands, managing client communication, directing shoots, and ensuring the finished product both delights our audience and helps our brand partners achieve their goals. You’ll also manage a team of two junior creative producers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years creative agency and/or editorial experience.
  • A proven ability to create engaging original content online.
  • A passion for advertising with the ability to concept, pitch, and champion ideas for brands.
  • An interest in and deep knowledge of the social web, including experience producing work for a variety of apps, social networks, and/or clients.
  • The ability to work as part of a team under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Start in May to ensure overlap with the Executive Creative Producer, Branded before an extended Leave of Absence expected to begin in June. You’ll use this time to quickly get up to speed on FWF Branded programs and practice.
  • Develop and pitch concepts that meet the objectives of our brand partners.
  • Work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to ensure that custom content meets our brand partners' needs, communication is clear and open, and programs are successfully managed from pre-production kick-off to launch.
  • Ensure all branded content meets the standards of our editorial content.
  • Supervise two junior producers who work exclusively on branded content.
  • Work with strategy to build high-level pitches and determine product mixes for all branded programs.
  • Work with production managers to organize and schedule shoots with crew, talent and client/agency partners on set.
  • Work directly with post production editors, overseeing the final stages of a project.
  • Work on tight deadlines across multiple teams to deliver work that keeps our brand partners return for additional collaborations.
