The Executive Director – Client Dining Center serves as the ultimate owner of the guest experience within JPMorgan Chase’s premier executive dining environment in Chicago. This leader is accountable for every stage of the client journey—from pre‑arrival planning through service execution and post‑event follow‑through—ensuring a level of consistency, refinement, and trust that reflects the JPMC brand at its highest level. Poised to be one of the most significant executive dining destinations within JPMC’s national footprint, the Chicago Client Dining Center represents precision, discretion, innovation, and hospitality excellence. This role acts as a direct extension of senior JPMC leadership—anticipating needs before they are stated, safeguarding the brand experience, and working in close partnership with Rapport and other key internal partners to uphold uncompromising service standards. The Executive Director serves as both architect and steward of the entire experience: designing the service philosophy, shaping culture, defining standards, and ensuring that every element of execution aligns with intention.
