If you are enthusiastic, energetic, and personally motivated to make a difference, this is the place for you.   As an Executive Director, Business Program Manager on the Chase Wealth Management (CWM) Business Chief Operations Executive (COE) Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Chase Wealth Management by leading both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership and execution of large-scale programs and business initiatives, balancing tactical execution with strategic foresight. This role demands exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving acumen, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment. You will be detail-oriented and possess the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Asset and Wealth Management, Consumer Banking, Home Lending, and Business Banking.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate 10 years of experience managing projects in a client-focused environment
  • Coach and manage teams to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze business opportunities and develop actionable business or project plans
  • Communicate effectively and confidently, both verbally and in writing
  • Apply quantitative and strategic approaches in cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues at all levels and across teams
