About The Position

Huntington is accelerating a client‑centric digital transformation across the Commercial Bank. Digital is a core enabler of our growth strategy, powering modern, intuitive, and data‑driven experiences for our clients and colleagues. The Digital, Data & AI Transformation Director is a high‑impact leadership role within the Commercial Digital organization and a key architect of our digital and AI strategy. This leader will drive innovation, shape the strategic roadmap for digital, data, and AI integration, and champion a client-centric transformation across the Commercial Bank. Compensation Range: The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
