Join Johns Hopkins Health System as an Executive Director of Digital Strategy & Experience. The Executive Director is responsible for defining and advancing Johns Hopkins Medicine’s digital experience strategy and digital front door. This leader will oversee the development and optimization of digital platforms, marketing technology, and digital products to improve how patients, providers, and other audiences access information, services, and care. Working closely with marketing, IT, and enterprise leadership, the Executive Director will drive the integration of digital solutions, data, and emerging technologies to strengthen engagement, support growth objectives, and improve operational efficiency. The role requires a strategic leader who understands the evolving digital landscape and can guide a multidisciplinary team in delivering innovative, high-quality digital experiences across the organization.
