Job Summary The Executive Director of Employee Relations is responsible for shaping and executing strategies and policies that boost employee engagement and help achieve the overarching goals of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC). Key duties include managing all facets of labor relations, including negotiating and administering contracts, facilitating third-party interventions, and overseeing employee relations programs. This encompasses employee counseling, conflict resolution, addressing complaints and grievances, arbitration, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, the role involves assessing HR needs, crafting tactical plans, collaborating with HR leaders for specialized insights, and guiding the successful implementation of these initiatives.
