Requirements

• Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in a clinical area or business.
• 7+ years of health care leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibilities
• 7+ years of business experience with proven record of strategic planning and positive clinical operations
• At least five years of manager-level experience and 2 years of director level experience.

Responsibilities

• The executive director is responsible for strategic planning, budgetary operations, cost-containment, staffing and revenue growth of the following departments: 1) network brain and spine service line, 2) network molecular imaging 4) network sleep disorders clinic.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
