Role Overview: Ankura, a global expert services and advisory firm, is seeking a dynamic Executive Director of Marketing & Communications to join its global Marketing & Communications team to support its business in the Americas. This is a newly created senior leadership role for a marketing executive with 15+ years of experience driving marketing strategy, tactical execution and measurable business impact. This successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership and Marketing team colleagues to translate business and brand strategy into high-impact integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires a leader who can quickly build trusted relationships, align senior stakeholders, and balance strategic direction with hands-on leadership and execution. As the Executive Director of Marketing for the Americas, you will serve as the lead Marketer for one or more Business Groups within the Firm as well as manage a high-performing team of fellow marketing generalists (“Marketers”), each of whom support a division within the Firm. You will collaborate with the Marketers, regional Marketing leads and the business leaders they support to help set strategy, execute campaigns and deliver measurable results. You will foster a team culture that encourages innovation and collaboration and act as a strategic coach to help Marketers devise effective go-to-market strategies and design integrated, multichannel campaigns, troubleshooting challenges to achieve business goals.
