Executive Director – Pipeline (No Current Opening) Location: Midwest Region (Flexible for Future Opportunities) Agemark Senior Living is building a pipeline of future Executive Director talent across our communities. Experience managing people, budgets, and operational performance. Approachable, collaborative leadership style—skilled in coaching and accountability. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Comfort with technology, including MS Office 365 and web-based systems.
