Responsibilities

  • Manage and support events of all sizes, whether in-person, hybrid, or online.
  • Use platforms like Cvent and Zoom Webinar for event management.
  • Shape your own projects and collaborate with senior team members.
  • Conduct venue research and proposal pitching.
  • Negotiate contracts and process invoices.
  • Plan pre-event logistics and manage budgets.
  • Coordinate transportation and handle post-event reporting.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with excellent time and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload.
  • Flexibility to work after hours and some weekends for events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2-3 years previous experience in a similar event marketing or equivalent role.
  • Prior experience using Cvent or similar event management platform is an advantage.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in finance or similar corporate environment.
