About The Position
Assist in the day-to-day operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while assuring compliance with policies and Standard operating Procedures. Oversee the operations of the Hotel Housekeeping staff to include, Status Board, Clerks, Suite Attendants, House persons, and Suite Supervisors. Ensure guest satisfaction in providing top quality customer service and hospitality. With 2,500 beautifully designed guest rooms and suites showcasing some of the best views in town, Planet Hollywood encompasses more than 100,000 square-feet of gaming, several lounges, various restaurants including Gordon Ramsay BurGR.
