You will execute engaging site inspections and creative proposals, while building and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve financial targets and exceptional meeting experiences. You will confirm and review all event details with clients prior to arrival, including rooming needs, menu selections, and program schedules, to ensure seamless execution. By collaborating closely with operational departments, you will deliver service excellence that exceeds client expectations, driving customer loyalty. You will also meet with clients prior to departure to confirm contract fulfillment and explore opportunities for future business.
