Drive delegation and accountability: maintain centralized task tracking tied to EOS Rocks and quarterly priorities; ensure delegated items move to completion. Provide operational support: assist with acquisition outreach and coordination; manage broker, lender, and legal follow‑ups; prepare concise margin and performance summaries. Control executive communication: triage the CEO inbox, draft executive‑level messages, and centralize text/email/call summaries into organized action lists. Enforce process discipline: document recurring workflows, refine meeting cadences, and help implement systems that reduce noise and increase clarity. Coordinate travel, events, and industry engagements while protecting the CEO’s focus for high‑value work.
