About the role We’re seeking a dynamic Executive Pastry Chef to lead the pastry vision across the entire resort. From stunning plated desserts and artisanal breads to elevated amenities and fresh viennoiserie, this role will bring creativity, precision, and innovation to every outlet. This leader will drive menu innovation, inspire and develop the pastry team, and deliver exceptional quality and consistency that elevates the guest experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury pastry leadership within a high volume hotel or resort
  • Mastery of plated desserts, viennoiserie, breads, chocolate work, amenities, and showpieces
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop a cohesive team
  • A commitment to organization, food safety, and excellence in execution
  • A culinary or pastry degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and varied schedules.
  • This position is at a managerial level, you will be expected to work the hours necessary for the successful completion of your objectives, without receiving overtime pay.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the pastry and bakeshop team in producing desserts, viennoiserie, breads, amenities, and showpieces
  • Design and execute seasonal menus for all outlets with a focus on luxury and precision
  • Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and food safety standards
  • Oversee production schedules, workflow, ordering, and inventory
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire a high performing pastry team
  • Collaborate across culinary and food and beverage departments to create memorable guest experiences
  • Support resort wide events, tastings, VIP amenities, and special activations
