About The Position

Cerchione Hurowitz Law Group LLP, a premier personal injury litigation firm in New York City (Financial District), is seeking an Executive Receptionist to become a part of our growing firm.

This is an in-office position. Please do not apply if you wish to work remotely.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as a senior or lead receptionist in a busy environment, preferably a law firm
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak and read Spanish is ESSENTIAL (do not apply if you are not fully bilingual)

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients in a professional, courteous and friendly manner
• Manage and schedule reception staff
• Answer, screen, and route phone calls to the appropriate staff
• Manage front desk operations, including signing in visitors
• Provide basic information to clients
• Monitor and manage email inboxes
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations
• Handle client and other inquiries and resolve basic issues
• Follow security procedures for building access and visitor management
