Good Life is seeking an entrepreneurial wealth management executive to architect and scale an integrated front-office ecosystem—a differentiated system of value that clients and advisors cannot find anywhere else. This leader will design, evolve, and operationalize the “front office of the future,” delivering measurable impact on advisor economics, client experience, and firm profitability. This role serves as the executive owner of Good Life’s system of value with authority to: Define the value architecture, strategic priorities, and economic model Allocate resources and establish governance and operating standards Make build–buy–partner–retire decisions with full investment authority Convert strategy into scalable, repeatable operating systems Decision Rights & Autonomy This is a P&L-relevant operating executive role, not a traditional product role. This leader has: End‑to-end ownership of capability design, performance, adoption, and lifecycle Authority to prioritize, deprioritize, and discontinue offerings Enterprise-level decision rights across product, operations, technology, and service delivery Direct accountability for EBITDA contribution, operating leverage, and advisor profitability Ability to redesign workflows and redeploy resources to achieve outcomes Near-Term Outcomes (First 12–24 Months) Advisor profitability: clear lift in net income and cost-to-serve reduction Platform adoption: increased utilization of core Good Life capabilities Economic contribution: measurable EBITDA and operating leverage impact System simplification: reduced complexity and removal of low-value offerings Scalable operating models: foundational processes built for non-linear growth
