About The Position

Camber is seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) of Inpatient Services to lead inpatient operations, focusing on clinical activity, quality, safety, and financial performance. Education: Master’s degree or equivalent Master's in a related health field preferred Licensure/Certification: State licensure preferred Valid driver’s license Valid auto insurance Experience: Healthcare leadership, financial management, and regulatory compliance. Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of healthcare administration. Responsibilities: Reporting and Goals: 1. Prepare and deliver reports on progress toward annual goals. 2. Develop and manage operational initiatives with measurable outcomes. Financial Management: 1. Assist with annual budgets. 2. Monitor and analyze financial data for staffing and budgeting decisions. Performance Metrics: 1. Develop and monitor performance metrics. 2. Create business plans and analyze program costs. Resource Allocation: 1. Guide resource allocation based on patient volume and priorities. Quality and Compliance: 1. Ensure compliance with regulations. 2. Facilitate improvement teams and monitor quality and safety. Strategic Development: 1. Lead service line growth. 2. Support professional development of staff. Behavioral Expectations: Respectful conduct towards all stakeholders.
