About The Position

The Expanded Access Program (EAP) Coordinator is responsible for the EAP intake program administered through AnovoRx Group, LLC’s (“Anovo Pharmacy) position functions, including but not limited to: pharmacy clearance, accurate and timely submission of EAP patients request to the Review Committee, lab collection, appointment follow up with the approved EAP site. Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent accepted, though minimum of some completed college courses preferred.
  • 1-3 years of reimbursement and/or pharmacy experience required.
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Must be highly motivated, people friendly, organized and detail oriented
  • Willing and able to effectively and professionally communicate with patients and prescribers via email over the phone and in person.
  • Able to work independently as well as in teams.
  • Must have history evidencing reliability and consistency in timeliness, attendance, and quality of work.
  • Must articulate thoughts well and communicate them clearly, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Documents and tracks site enrollment process and data collection.
  • Works with manufacturer team to determine if a site and/or patient is eligible to be a part of the Expanded Access Program.
  • Accurately enters all required information in the proper database.
  • Timely notifies the manufacturer team of any of the following, but not limited to non-responsive sites or patients/caregivers.
  • Effectively and timely completes reports and special projects as requested by Anovo management.
  • Ensures confidentiality of all patient accounts by following Anovo HIPAA policies and procedures and properly reporting any suspected or known incidents.
  • Calls, emails and/or faxes physicians’ offices and/or investigators as necessary to obtain required documents, orders, etc. and professionally handles such communications.
  • Processes all orders to the pharmacy team in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that all pharmacy shipments are delivered to patients and notifies the physician of delivery information.
  • Documents and tracks due dates and collection of data pertaining to the Data Collection Forms adhering to program protocols.
  • Completes and passes all required compliance training in a timely manner.
  • Adheres to Anovo Code of Conduct and all applicable Anovo policies and procedures, including without limitation, being on-time.
  • Regular and reliable attendance expected.
  • Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
