About The Position
Expeditor Client: Refinery, supporting a turnaround Location: Texas City, TX Duration: 6 mons and could go longer Schedule: 7-4:30 (M-F). Extended hours during TAR, maybe 7-12s Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off Key Responsibilities: Expedite all equipment and materials purchased for the Turnaround. Collaborate with supply chain and vendors to resolve delays and ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate and thorough records of order status and delivery timelines. Provide regular reporting on expediting activities to the Supply Chain team. Support pre-TAR and TAR phases with efficient communication and documentation. Produce TAR material status reporting from SAP raw data. Qualifications: Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Previous experience in TAR expediting or supply chain roles is highly desirable.
