Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a technician in a dealership setting
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
Computer proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

ASE certifications (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicle systems efficiently and accurately
Provide time and labor estimates for recommended repairs
Clearly explain diagnoses and repairs to service advisors and customers in easy-to-understand terms
Perform inspections, tests, and document findings
Stay up to date with training and rapidly evolving automotive technology
Use shop equipment including alignment systems, diagnostic tools, AC service machines, wheel and tire equipment, etc.
Promote a professional, customer-first attitude as a goodwill ambassador for Don “K”
Follow all company safety guidelines while maintaining a clean, organized work area
