Requirements
- Proven experience as a BDC Agent or in customer engagement roles, preferably in automotive retail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset to drive performance and commissions
