CDL-A Experienced Flatbed Driver – OTR Full-Time | Based out of Reese, MI DHT Group is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR Flatbed Drivers out of Reese, Michigan. We’ve been doing this for over 40 years, and we know one thing for sure — flatbed drivers earn their pay. We make sure you’re compensated for it. Pay & Compensation $.55 – $.62 CPM (based on experience) $50 tarp pay on every load Up to $2,500 sign-on bonus Consistent OTR miles Paid weekly Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision & HSA (after 30 days) 401(k) with partial employer match Paid time off after 90 days Paid vacation after 1 year Short-term & long-term disability Company-paid life insurance (buy-up available) Legal Shield & ID Theft Protection Pet insurance What You’ll Be Doing Run OTR flatbed freight regionally (East of the Mississippi) Tarp, chain, and properly secure loads Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards Assist with loading/unloading when required Maintain logs, BOLs, and delivery paperwork Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs What We’re Looking For Valid CDL-A Verifiable flatbed experience required Experience with tarping, chaining, and load securement B-train experience is a plus Hazmat endorsement preferred (not required) Solid safety record and strong work ethic Veterans Encouraged to Apply DHT Group is a Bronze Level Veteran Friendly Employer recognized by the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency. Requirements

Valid CDL-A
Verifiable flatbed experience required
Experience with tarping, chaining, and load securement
Solid safety record and strong work ethic
Acceptable driving record
Minimum of 1 year of verifiable semi- truck driving experience
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of verifiable flat- bed semi -truck driving experience -B train experience preferred
Minimum of 21 years of age
Ability to pass drug screen
Ability to physically perform job; including bending, lifting, reaching, climbing, folding/unfolding, throwing, and securing 4- and 8-feet tarps, handle and deploy straps, chains and cables
Ability and willingness to work in inclement and changing weather conditions
OTR availability (typically 5 days out and 2 days in schedule. Candidate would have the option to stay out longer)
Verifiable Experience chaining, strapping, tarping loads, including coiled steel
Ability to drive a manual transmission and experience doing so
