Black Desert Resort is an ultra-premium destination resort located in Southern Utah, surrounded by dramatic lava rock and red rock landscapes. Latitude is a signature dining outlet offering elevated cuisine in a refined yet approachable setting, serving resort guests, members, and locals. The Experienced Cook supports daily kitchen operations at Latitude by preparing, cooking, and plating menu items to established standards. This role is designed for cooks with intermediate to advanced experience who can execute service independently, maintain station ownership, and contribute to a high-performing culinary team in a fast-paced, ultra-premium resort environment. Placement as Cook II or Cook I will be based on experience, demonstrated skill, and leadership capability.
