About The Position

We are looking for someone who likes a fast paced environment with a big desire to make sure the customers vehicle is back on the road safe and quickly. Every minute a fleet customer's vehicle is in the shop that customer is losing money. We are a one stop shop and perform repairs on everything from the rubber to the roof! Some experience we would prefer:·Lift gate repair· DOT/ ANSI experience· DPF systems· Welding/Fabrication· Strong problem - solving skills· Hydraulics· Electronic Diagnostics· Attention to detail is an absolute requirement· Dependable team player with a positive attitude. Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Great attitude
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Maintain stall in an orderly and clean manner
  • Ability to identify problems quickly
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Basic computer and internet literacy
  • Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
  • Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.)
  • Drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Use computer diagnostic equipment
  • Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
  • Communicates directly with the Fleet Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
