This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2+ years of skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience. Responsibilities
- Interact properly and comfortably with clients and other employees.
- Train apprentice installers when necessary.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons.
- Establish a positive work culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in gutter installation including both K-style & half round gutters.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Open to learn The Brothers that just do Gutters ways of working.
- Interest in growing with the company.
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred.
