Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of dining areas, restrooms, kitchen areas, and exterior grounds
Sweep, mop, sanitize, and maintain floors and surfaces throughout the restaurant
Empty trash and recycling containers and maintain waste areas
Support general restaurant upkeep including parking lot maintenance, patio cleaning, and exterior presentation
Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management
Assist team members with operational tasks to ensure a smooth guest experience
Maintain stocked cleaning supplies and ensure sanitation procedures are followed
Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
Help ensure the restaurant meets cleanliness and health inspection standards
Communicate maintenance needs, safety concerns, or operational issues promptly to management
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
