About The Position

We are seeking an Experienced Recruiter to support high-volume and specialized hiring needs across field service, skilled trades, engineering, and construction roles. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting field service, construction, engineering, or skilled trades roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, candidate sourcing strategies, and interview best practices.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
  • High sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and interview candidates for field service, construction, skilled trades, and engineering-related roles.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and project timelines.
  • Develop creative and proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and workflow tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring recommendations based on industry trends.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
