Experienced Residential HVAC/R Technician
About The Position
We are actively seeking a top-tier HVAC/R Technician with strong refrigeration expertise to join our Residential New Construction (RNC) Service Division. This is not an entry- or mid-level role . We are looking for a seasoned professional who can step in immediately, take ownership of complex service calls, and confidently diagnose and resolve issues without relying on guesswork or parts swapping. This role supports high-end residential clients where precision, efficiency, and professionalism are critical. Due to increasing demand from priority clients, this individual will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for high-quality service and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC/R experience (senior-level required)
- Strong background in refrigeration diagnostics and troubleshooting
- EPA Certification (required)
- Proven ability to diagnose issues accurately — not a parts changer
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional presence and strong communication skills, especially with high-end clientele
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Mitsubishi systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, startup, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues independently
- Support high-end residential and RNC service calls
- Ensure systems are operating at peak performance and efficiency
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, builders, and internal teams
