Requirements
- Previous Automotive Sales experience REQUIRED
- High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Outgoing, personable, and relationship-driven
- Competitive mindset with strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Comfortable communicating in person, by phone, and digitally
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
- Deliver engaging and knowledgeable vehicle presentations and demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best vehicle solutions
- Assist customers with completing sales and financing applications
- Build lasting relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain daily lot awareness by inspecting inventory and reporting issues
- Support proper vehicle merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with management to achieve dealership sales goals
- Provide a professional, high-quality customer experience from start to finish
