About The Position

Experienced / Senior Staff Business Operations Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) seeks a high-performing Business Operations Specialist to support the Office of the Chief Information Digital Officer (CIDO). This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a strategic thinker who executes tactically. In this role, you will provide critical analytical support to the CIDO and the CIDO Chief of Staff. You will manage the "rhythm of the business," translating complex IDT&S data into actionable insights for the executive leadership team. This role requires high-speed problem solving and the ability to operate with total discretion in a fast-paced corporate environment. This position will be based out of Seattle, WA and will be onsite.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business operations, business analysis, or strategy roles - ideally within a large enterprise or top-tier consulting firm.
  • Business Acumen: Ability understanding business strategy, IDT&S strategy, and operational performance to optimize organizational performance.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, cross-functional influence, and the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
  • US-person
  • Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
  • Experience with developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation, and completion
  • Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data
  • Experience developing and reporting performance metrics
  • Experience leading projects

Responsibilities

  • Own the CIDO office “rhythm of the business”: manage meeting preparation, action tracking, and follow-ups to drive accountability and results.
  • Effective Storytelling: Support development of polished presentations and briefings for senior leadership and all-hands meetings; translate complex technical content into clear narratives and visuals.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain executive scorecards and reporting (OKRs, SLAs, program milestones, financial indicators); surface trends, risks, and recommended mitigations.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with IDT&S leadership to ensure all departments are aligned with the organizations 5-year strategy.
  • Event Planning: Support and execute logistics for in-person senior leader meetings and large employee events: agendas, pre-reads, materials, and onsite coordination in partnership with CIDO Executive Assistant
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify operational friction and implement scalable process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a bridge between the CIDO’s office, IDT&S Leadership Team member offices, the business, and functional partners (HR, Finance, Communications, and Legal).
